 ‘No Leak’ Flash Chromatography Cartridges from Gyan

A comprehensive range of flash chromatography cartridges for use with Gyan Flash and Biotage.


Gyan cartridges are manufactured using a single mould from rigid Polyethylene with standard fittings to eliminate leakage and the need for messy fluid connectors. Thick walls eliminate the need for an external metal holder and the universal fittings allow them to be used on other manufacturers’ instruments. Gyan cartridges are available with a variety of packing materials and dimensions.

Flash Cartridges may be used to replace column chromatography systems when combined with a simple holder

Gyan cartridges are manufactured from a single mould from rigid Polyethylene that does not swell during use. Often cartridges heat up during use and the swelling causes leakage with the common two piece cartridge design. This cannot happen with Gyan cartridges. In fact no compression holders are needed with Gyan Flash systems. See JaiFlash and EasiHolder for details


Gyan flash cartridges may be used in Biotage or Analogix compression modules.

Because the top of the 26mm and 40mm cartridge are a universal fitting, it is possible to use both 26mm and 40mm cartridges of all lengths in a single 40mm Biotage holder thus saving money by not buying expensive additions in order to use a variety of cartridges



All cartridges are printed with the lot number and also stamped with the manufacture date for QC and GLP purposes. It is easy to see exactly which packing is in use just by looking at the cartridge



Gyan cartridges also feature a standard 10x32 thread for easy and secure fitting of outlet tubes.




All cartridges are supplied with a full QC certificate of analysis.
