 EasiPump Flash Chromatography Pump Options for 250, 750,and 1660 ml/min

EasiPump is a new family of compact, reliable pumps designed for Flash Chromatography, and available for different requirements:

Isocratic 0-250ml/min
Gradient 0-250ml/min
Isocratic 0-750ml/min
Gradient 0-750ml/min
Isocratic 0-1660ml/min

All systems are designed to be suitable for all common applications, being easy to set up and very accurate. At just 24Volts - completely safe!

Gradient pump may also be used to mix isocratic mobile phase on-line thus eliminating solvent waste!


Safe
EasiPump has a motor magnetically coupled to the pump head, minimising the risk of leaks of hazardous solvents.

The magnetic coupling also provides a pressure safety limit. If the pressure exceeds the maximum limit, the coupling will start to slip and the flow slows down or stops

A sophisticated microprocessor controls the motor speed to maintain a constant flow rate

Precise
The precision and accuracy of Easipump has been tested using both isocratic and gradient runs. The results show that the standard deviation is better then 0.5%






Reliable
EasiFlash is made of top quality stainless steel moving parts and has been extensively tested for wear and reliability. EasiPump is designed not fail due to aggressive solvents or wear of the internal gears

Specifications
EasiPump is available as a standard max 250ml/min isocratic or gradient system. The Isocratic pump may be upgraded to gradient at any time

For larger applications such as JumboFlash, EasiPump is also available in a max 750ml/min version

Easy to Use
EasiPump is virtually maintenance free

The system is easy to prime. Simply press in the priming button for a few moments to prime with a new solvent

The gradient pump can be used to produce a solvent mixture on-line during an isocratic run. This means that it is no longer necessary to pre-mix solvents, thus saving time and money, plus reducing exposure to hazardous solvents

The fast response times of the Teflon proportioning valves enable very precise and repeatable gradient programs



AECS can offer "Total Preparative Solutions™" packages, and can therefore assist you in your choice of the best preparative technology, be it Flash Chromatography, Preparative / Process HPLC, or HSCCC, or even maybe a two / three dimensional combination.
